| This was a large show sponsored by the Bruce County Museum and Archives, and it had quilters from five different area guilds: Bluewater in Owen Sound, Five Star in Teeswater, Kincardine Sunset, New Millennium Quilters in Walkerton, and Queen's Bush Quilters from Markdale. nolan casque moto | ||

The winner of the OQC Rosette out of the many quilters there was June Sparling of Owen Sound. Her quilt called "Willard Wonder" was a machine pieced wall-hanging that was begun at a workshop with the well known quilter John Willard. June finished it with her own "intricate pieced border -- not something John usually does with his work."
