Kay's quilt started with a kit purchased at Quilt Canada 2002 but she enlarged it, replacing two of the original fabrics with six tea-dyed fabrics of her own. The quilt was machine pieced using a method similar to Bargello. It was machine quilted by Linda Robertson from Quilters Cupboard in Burlington.
